Week-long "Food toTable Festival" at The Biltmore

September 20-27 at the Biltmore in Asheville NC. Biltmore's Field to Table Festival explores the combination of culinary sophistication with the goodness of the estate's farm everyday bounty providing an environment of creativity and discovery using daily fresh produce. This year's Festival also highlights Mr. Vanderbilt's love of wine and collecting wine during his travels. Guest chefs and speakers will demonstrate how, with a little imagination and common ingredients, an everyday meal can become something truly extraordinary. Free with Admission to the Estate.
