"Paws & Effect" at Malaprop's
September 17 from 7PM-8:15PM at Malaprop's Bookstore/Cafe, 55 Haywood St., Asheville NC. Author Sharon Sakson will read from and sign copies of her book, Paws & Effect, which explores the healing power of dogs and the powerful bonds between human and canine. Thoroughly researched and well-presented, Paws & Effect presents moving stories of astonishing dogs from around the world, from cancer-sniffing canines to the brave service dogs in Iraq.
