Join Certified Health Counselors, Wendy Tran and Penina Bareket and learn how to make those beautiful local apples a healthy showstopper at your next dinner party. On the menu: pork tenderloin medallions with apple–raisin chutney, wilted greens, vegan cornbread, and an apple walnut crisp for dessert.
