WNC Nature Center, Asheville North Carolina. Back by popular demand is Winter Work Day Wednesdays. During the months of January and February, the Nature Center will close to the public on Wednesdays in order to work on large scale projects.
If you are interested in volunteering some muscle and want to help spruce up your favorite Nature Center for exhibit improvements and outdoor landscaping, these are the available dates: Jan - 13, 20, 27 and Feb - 3, 10, 17, 24.
