June 27 Asheville, Hops & Vines. Exploring the Côtes du Rhône!
This week, we’ll taste three delicious wines from the Rhône valley by acclaimed producer Ferraton Père et Fils. These guys have been making wine in the valley since the 40s and with the help of M. Chapoutier have transformed their farming practices to include certified organic vineyards and biodynamic viticulture.
