Asheville Tourists will Deliver First Pitch Via Zipline

Asheville Tourists Baseball is offering a May Contest, "Zip to the Moon". Now you can soar across the tree tops with a dramatic view of downtown Asheville. The Tourists are giving away four passes for a zipline experience at the Asheville Zipline Canopy Adventures. Plus you will also win tickets to see an Asheville Tourists baseball game. The Asheville Tourists baseball team, in partnership with the Asheville Zipline Canopy Adventures, have created an unprecedented way to deliver the first pitch. At each one of their home games, one lucky fan will ride a zipline from behind third base to home plate, where Tourist mascot, Mr. Moon, awaits their arrival.
