Hands On Workshop at the Asheville Art Museum

March 16 - 18, 1:00 - 5:00PM, Asheville Art Museum, 2 South Pack Square, Asheville North Carolina. HANDS-ON WORKSHOP Creating Mosaics with Artist Jessica Levine. West Virginia resident Jessica Levine learned her craft by working for a number of years with Isaiah Zagar (subject of the movie, In A Dream). Levine has produced over 40 mosaics throughout the United States working with community groups and organizations. Levine leads participants through the step-by-step process as a mural is created over three days. Participants will also create an item to take home. No experience necessary - this is a fun, albeit slightly messy, group activity. Materials will be provided; pre-registration is required.
